There comes a time for every vampire, when the idea of eternity becomes momentarily unbearable. Living and feeding in the shadows with only your own company rots into a solitary, hollow existence. Immortality seems like a good idea, until you realize your going to spend it alone. So I slept, hoping that the sounds of the passing eras would fade out, and a sort of death might happen. But as I lay there, the world didn’t sound like the place I had left, but something different. Better.

The vampire academy
In June 2011, Preger Entertainment optioned the film rights to the Vampire Academy series. On July 6, they announced that producer Don Murphy joined them to help bring the series to the big screen.
Right now, the official Vampire Academy fan page on Facebook announced
that they have everything they need for a movie, but they are currently
searching for the right film studio to be partners with, as most film
studios are not committing and taking the films seriously.
