There comes a time for every vampire, when the idea of eternity becomes momentarily unbearable. Living and feeding in the shadows with only your own company rots into a solitary, hollow existence. Immortality seems like a good idea, until you realize your going to spend it alone. So I slept, hoping that the sounds of the passing eras would fade out, and a sort of death might happen. But as I lay there, the world didn’t sound like the place I had left, but something different. Better.

The vampire diaries
The vampire brothers Damon and Stefan Salvatore, eternal adolescents,
having been leading 'normal' lives, hiding their bloodthirsty condition,
for centuries, moving on before their non-aging is noticed. They are
back in the Virginia town where they became vampires. Stefan is noble,
denying himself blood to avoid killing, and tries to control his evil
brother Damon. Stefan falls in love with schoolgirl Elena, whose best
friend is a witch, like her grandma.
Love the vampire diaries ,is my favorite tv show but i am an elijah fan.
